Rate this Scribe lets you rate and comment on any AI-generated note from within the Commure Pro web portal. Your feedback helps the Commure team improve note quality across the platform.

Accessing Rate this Scribe

The Rate this Scribe button appears in the bottom action bar when you open an existing AI-generated note. It is not available on new blank notes — only on notes that have already been generated by the AI scribe.
1

Select a patient

From the Patient List, click a patient name to open their chart.
2

Open Clinical Notes

In the patient’s left-hand module list, click Clinical Notes. To open an existing scribe note, select it from the draft notes list. To create a new note, click the + button next to Clinical Notes and select a template (e.g., Scribe Hospitalist Progress Note).
3

Open an AI-generated note

Open a note that has been generated by the AI scribe. The note editor displays sections such as Subjective, Objective, Assessment & Plan, and Clinical Data, with a “Generated at” timestamp.
4

Click Rate this Scribe

In the bottom action bar, click Rate this Scribe (next to Save Draft and Share Draft). A feedback dialog opens over the note.
5

Rate and submit

Select thumbs up or thumbs down, then optionally type feedback in the text field (up to 3,000 characters). Click Submit to send your rating.

The Feedback Dialog

After selecting thumbs up or thumbs down, the dialog updates with structured reasons and a feedback text field.

Thumbs Up

When you select thumbs up, the dialog asks “Great! What worked well?” and offers checkboxes:
  • Clear and accurate
  • Complete information
  • Well-structured
  • Easy to read
  • Other
The feedback text field placeholder reads “Share what you liked.” Feedback is optional when rating up.

Thumbs Down

When you select thumbs down, the dialog asks “Sorry this wasn’t right. What could improve?” and offers checkboxes:
  • Missing key information
  • Inaccurate information
  • Formatting / structure issues
  • Irrelevant content
  • Other
The feedback text field placeholder reads “Enter your feedback.” A written comment is required when rating down. Both views include a text field (up to 3,000 characters) with a microphone icon for voice input. Click Submit to send your rating.
Feedback is best for one-off corrections — for example, a missing allergy, incorrect medication dosage, or extraneous content. For recurring style preferences that should apply to all future notes, configure Custom Formatting rules instead.

Where Feedback Goes

Submitted ratings appear in the AI User Feedback dashboard, accessible from the top navigation bar. Administrators can review, track, and mark feedback as viewed. Rate this Scribe is also available on iOS. See the iOS feedback guide for the mobile experience.
