- Enter all or part of the provider’s name in the Last Name and/or First Name fields. To further refine your search, you may also select a category from the Category drop-down list. The types of categories available in this list depend on the information your organization has chosen to load into the system. For example, you might see a list of specialties and/or departments.
- Click the Search button.
- Click on the name of the provider whose information you wish to view, and that provider’s information is displayed in the Provider Details section at the bottom of the window. To see the details for a different provider on the list, simply click on their name and the Provider Details window is refreshed to show the new provider’s information.
- Click another tab to exit the Provider Directory option, or click Reset to clear your search criteria and search for a different provider.
