Accessing User Feedback
Click AI User Feedback in the top navigation bar of the web portal. The dashboard opens with a table of all submitted feedback entries.AI User Feedback is visible in the top navigation bar alongside other AI features such as AI Studio and AI CoPilot Admin. If you do not see it, contact your Commure Pro representative to verify your permissions.
Reviewing Feedback
The feedback table displays the following for each entry:- Viewed status — a green New badge for unreviewed feedback, or a gray Viewed badge once it has been opened
- Timestamp — the date and time the feedback was submitted
Marking Feedback as Viewed
Select one or more entries using the checkboxes on the left, then click MARK VIEWED to update their status. This helps your team track which feedback has been reviewed. Click REFRESH to reload the feedback list with the latest submissions.How Feedback Is Collected
Providers submit feedback through the Rate this Scribe link on individual AI-generated notes. Each rating includes a thumbs up or thumbs down and an optional comment describing what was helpful or what needs improvement. For details on how providers submit feedback, see the iOS feedback guide.Feedback is used by the Commure team to improve note quality across the platform. For recurring style preferences — such as formatting or section structure — providers should configure Custom Formatting rules instead of submitting repeated feedback.
