  • Get help from your system administrator. If you have a problem running the application, first report the issue to your hospital's Commure Pro administrator.
  • Get help from Commure Pro Support. If your administrator cannot solve your issue, send an e-mail to support@commure.com. Include your contact information (your name, telephone number, e-mail address, pager number, and best time to call). Please include as many details about your issue as possible, such as which application you're using, whether you are a web or handheld user (indicate the type of device), version information, error messages, and who is affected. Commure Pro Support will respond by the next business day. Telephone support is available 8:00 am to 8:00 pm ET, Monday through Friday (excluding regular business holidays), at 888-994-2443.
