When using the Commure Pro mobile application, you may find that certain features described in this Help system are not available in the application. This could be due to any of the following reasons:
  • The feature is not enabled in your user profile.
  • The feature is not implemented by your department, or by your organization as a whole.
  • Your device is running an outdated version of the Commure Pro mobile application that does not support this feature.
  • Your organization is running an older Commure Pro server version that does not support this feature. Please contact your organization’s system administrator or internal Help Desk to identify the reason and a possible solution.
